The mobile solar purification unit is build with a Bluebox water purification unit at its core, trailer mounted and integrated with a solar energy generating system.
The high quality in water is achieved through the Ultra Filtration technology protected by prefilters, and ultimately exposed to UV-light, which acts as an extra security measure by destroying any organic DNA left in the water.
The drinking water quality is in accordance the WHO guidelines, and will remove sediments, organic chemicals, bacteria, cysts, giardia, and cryptosporidium and like pathogens. The system will remove heavy metals such as arsenic, but it will not remove aqueous salts.
As an extra feature, the prefilters will enhance the lifetime of the Ultra filtration element, which in turn reduces the maintenance costs equally.
